Um...holy shit.

Can we discuss the shocking death on "House" last nite? The one where, without warning, Kal Penn's character Kutner shot himself in the head with no warning?

Today, I got EW.com to read the reactions of my favorite magazine...and there, on the first page, was news that I thought was even more shocking. Not only was it Penn's decision to leave (he asked), he asked to be let go from a show he loved to go work in the White House.

Best of luck to Kal (who will always be Kumar in my eyes) and well done to the great writers who made it shocking, but still believable.
